Fit4Purpose is a mental fitness movement that promotes mind + body wellness, purposeful living, and reckless dancing…anytime, anywhere!
We believe everyone is fit for a purpose, and that we are inspired to be our best selves when we feel strong mentally and physically and in joyous community with others. We’re committed to building communities of stronger minds and bodies through dance + mindfulness experiences.
Our events open up conversations about depression, as well as explore the positive correlations between mind + body health.

F4P Events
Our events combine dance + mindfulness experiences — yoga, meditation, purposeful conversation, panels, etc. — with the goal always being to align the mind + body to help you activate purposeful actions. We do this by curating forward-thinking doers in the mental + physical health space to help lead mental fitness sessions that workout the mind AND body.
